Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy if only, if the product found defective or damaged at the time of arrival, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will provide replacement for it, if it is eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@skmeico.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange logistic pickup of defective product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For wrong or empty parcel claim we must require a unboxing video, without this we will not be able to accept any such claims.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Received Damaged product should be reported within 2 hours of the delivery time.

Wrong Product Received:

We don't have such practice to send any wrong product, all the orders are processed in CCTV surveillance. If by any human error any wrong product delivered to the customer we will be requiring valid unboxing video to validate further. Received wrong product should be reported within 2 hours of delivery of the order with unboxing video. Without unboxing video we will not be able to investigate any cases.

Empty Box Received:

We don't have such practice to send any empty box to any one of our valued customers, all the orders are processed in CCTV surveillance. If by any human error or in transits anything wrong happened, we will be requiring valid unboxing video to validate further. Received empty box case should be reported within 2 hours of delivery of the order with unboxing video. Without unboxing video we will not be able to investigate any cases.

Appearance and Color

As per the different manufacturing lots appearance & color of the products may slightly vary. Also color appearance may slightly vary due to the screen resolutions and theme settings.

Exchanges

Exchange request may be denied if the right product delivered to you as complete specifications are mentioned in our product description. (In this process customer has to bear Reverse and forward shipping charges)

Still we may accept some exchange upon customer request, then further process will be discussed on person.

In this case buyer needs to ship the received product back to us, after receiving and finding it okay, we will ship the exchanged product. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If products found damaged or defective are only liable for exchanges.

Damaged Products after using the product are not covered under warranty

We require video proof must for below cases: (without this no claims accepted for these)
1. Delivered damaged product (reported within 2 hours)
2. Wrong Product Delivered (reported within 2 hours)
3. Empty parcel delivered (reported within 2 Hours)
